Absolute Sorbent Technologies (AST) develops, manufactures and markets proprietary, cost-effective consumer and commercial spill control products for the hazardous and biohazardous waste clean-up markets.

Products

The Company's patented line of cementatious powders are designed to meet OSHA and EPA regulatory compliance and for the chemical treatment and true solidification, not simple absorption or gelling, of body fluids, infectious wastes, and all forms of hazardous liquids, including aldehydes, caustics and acids. Simple absorbents can create health hazards to workers using them and do not chemically change the physical properties of the waste.

In addition, AST has a unique amalgamation powder that has magnetic properties, for added simplicity in cleaning mercury-bearing wastes. Once the powders are melded, reduction of the dangerous fumes has been reduced, and to easily collect using a simple magnetic tool.

Marketing

AST's marketing strategy calls for outsourcing manufacturing and extending its markets across the country and overseas. We have become successful by targeting specific markets and representing a limited number of quality organizations with the focus on proper waste management and ethical disposal solutions.
